Problem/Solution

Wake Up Early 
    Do you have a bad habit that is getting up late? So you often arrive late to school or work. That's annoying, isn't it? After waking up late you will feel badmood or uneasy because you imagine that you will be punished in school for being late or you are afraid of being scolded by your boss. Getting up in the morning for some people is not easy. Several factors cause difficulty waking up in the morning. For example, like staying up late or you who have insomnia. Of course it will be difficult for people with insomnia to set the time to wake up in the morning. This makes your activities disrupted. Especially if you don't change your habits, it will only make things worse. So is it possible to change this habit for the better? Of course! So, here I have three solutions for that: getting a bed alarm, getting an early sleep, getting regular exercise.

         The first solution is to put the alarm a little further away from the bed. Why? Because if you set your alarm next to your bed, it will be easier for you to turn the alarm off again. Therefore, try to keep your alarm in a place a little further from the bed. So when the alarm goes off, you have a hard time turning it off and you have to get up to turn it off. It will be effective if you get your clocks exactly right and the volume of a high alarm will make it effective. 

         The second solution is getting an early sleep. Of course, if you hope to get up early and support your day to be productive, you need sufficient sleep. You do it by sleeping and waking up at the same time every day, with between 7-8 hours of sleep. For example, if you have to get up at 5:00 a.m, try to start sleeping at 9:00 p.m. Do this consistently (over the weekend) for several weeks so that the body will adjust. And then, to get you to sleep early you can try listening to classical music because it will make you feel calm. 

         The last solution is regular exercise. Exercise has proved to enhance the quality of sleep and problems that can be eliminated by insomnia and excessive sleepiness, as can improve and alleviate. Research also increases energy savings by reducing, including people who have requirements related to chronic commitments. Sport is what you need to pump your blood. You can try some simple exercises like aerobics, jogging, swimming or taking a relaxing walk. Also, you can engage in sports at night, but provide a minimum of two hours between your time of exercise and your bedtime. Exercise can help you to sleep better so that even waking up will be easier. 

       In conclusion, if you want to create a good habit of getting up early, you have to follow the rules. Waking up is a matter of discipline and motivation. Make a good routine for your pattern of life habits. That you would benefit greatly from it. The effort to get out of bed on time can start from the night before. If you have real deep desires, waking up habits can be overcome.
