Persecution is happening among children

The rise of the persecution among children and a teenager makes parents worry about it. This often happens due to misunderstanding and sometimes only due to personal problems that lead to violence. For parents, they are certainly very worried if their children victimized this violence as happened recently in Sukabumi on January 6, 2020, exactly in Karang Tengah RT 002/012, Gunungpuyuh District. The brothers victimized in this incident, the victim also suffered serious injuries even when the incident took place one of the victims was almost stabbed by the offender. This incident caused a commotion in the surrounding community because the offender was still a teenager and was recognized by the citizens. Victims managed to escape and report the matter to their parents after that their parents rushed to the venue and at that time the offender had left the place and fled the victim's parents finally reported to the police and soon the police arrested the offender so the citizens gave appreciation against the police because of the incident. But until now it is still unclear the continuation of this incident and residents are worried if the offender are released just because they are teenagers without do something to make them deterrent effect. There are several law comparisons that might be imitated for the incident like this.

In some countries there are some actions which I think are fair in cases like this. For example, if the offender is underage, the offender must be brought and treated in a rehabilitation house. For the offender who carry out almost the same cases and deal with them carefully in stages, so that if they are free, they will not repeat this.

Sometimes punishment in the same way as the age that is enough to be judged sounds reasonable depending on what has been done if the case is very severe, of course the offender deserves it too. Not a few offender who are under the age of doing things that are very vile. In my opinion, it is better to be given a punishment that is very in accordance with what he has done. So that, no more similar incidents occur. The incident like this can make the offender a little deterrent, at least they regret their actions.

Providing education in the right place is also the right choice. If indeed the family of the offender does not wish to receive other adverse punishment. In my opinion this way is also worth it, because the offender are not allowed to approach the victim and may not do anything suspicious anymore. The education provided can be in the form of briefing which is very useful for them and besides that they are also better checked regularly so that they are not only physically controlled but mentally checked so that no mental disorders affect their health.

Therefore, however the situation is better to reconsider with what has been done lest there is one side who still feels injustice in the incident, the offender who is still under age don’t let it go just because of age but see also what he has done so that he does not do things that are less educated anymore.
