Rid Of Laziness
Feeling lazy in doing college
assignments becomes a serious problem for almost every student. When we at
senior high school and talking about a task, sometimes we can ignore it and the
teacher gives mercy also remind the student to do that again with gives spare
time. At the university it is different, we become independently person, all
our responsible face by ourself, all the assignment from the lecturer will do
or not it depends on us, we bear the risk by our own. When many tasks come just
ourself can push to do that, many students feel lazy to do it because of these
factors: postpone the assignment because we think it is easy, got too much work
to do and don't understand the task beside the three-factor, another matter
that we never notice is a healthy life. For example, we often miss our
breakfast whereas breakfast is our fuel to support our activity, it can affect
our concentration. When we are not concentrating on doing something many people
become lazy to do that and postpone that thing. So, to get rid of laziness
there are three solutions: motivate ourselves, avoid the pile up the assignment
and healthy life.
The first solution, motivate
ourselves that we have a dream. everybody wants to have a proper life in the
future, success in the career and life. When somebody gets a success life it
becomes pride, it represents of toil that we do. So, when we feel lazy to do
anything especially doing our assignment tell to ourself that ourselves is not
lazy, we have a dream that we have to reach and make it come true and notice
ourselves that laziness can ruin our life and destroy our dream.
The second solution, avoid the pile
up the assignment. When we have a task from the lecturer don't pile up until
the deadline, do that thing just make ourselves lazier because another duty
comes and before have not finished yet. Don't think that we have a lot of time,
so we can postpone our duty, use the time to do many activities that support
our classes. Sometimes the reason we pile up the task because we don't understand
the task itself so we are lazy to do it.
The third solution, healthy life.
Laziness also is caused by less nutrition in our bodies. How to overcome it?
First, We can do a healthy life such as eating nutritional food and exercise,
spare your time in 10 minutes for example for exercise to improve our spirit,
energy, fix bad mood and stress. Second, eating nutritional food besides
exercise, we need an intake of nutritional food to equalize our blood sugar in
our body, which is to prevent ourselves from laziness in doing our daily
activity.
In conclusion, if we want to
relieve the laziness we need to care that three solutions: motivate ourselves,
avoid the pile up the assignment and healthy life. Those three are
interconnected, so we must pay attention to it to get the best solution to get
rid of laziness.

our dream in our mind, if you want to be an actress so you need to act, read,
hear, see anything in connection with that thing. Second, start with little
thing, don't think that every step we take is useless, what we have done with
confidence it will lead our dream come true. Third, make obstacles as a
challenge, don't be hopeless when we face any obstacle to catch our dream, make
it as learning to be better. Forth, trust, this word will lead us to many
possibilities, with trust we can face any obstacle in front of us.
The
second solution, avoid the pile up the assignment. When we have a task from the
lecturer don't pile up until the deadline, do that thing just make ourselves
lazier because another duty comes and before have not finished yet. Don't think
that we have a lot of time, so we can postpone our duty, use the time to do
many activities that support our classes. Sometimes the reason we pile up the
task because we don't understand the task itself so we are lazy to do it. Do
our assignment in every chance, when we have spare time as much as possible do
it even if just a little. Remember the consequence, if we pile up our
assignment it just overloads ourselves the more time we take up to do that and
another duty we have neglected. As faster as we do as much as the time we have
to do another task. Get rid of gadgets, sometimes we take our time too much to
operate our smartphone just looking for the unimportant thing, so we must able
to divide our time when we play smartphone or work our task.
The
third solution, healthy life. Laziness also is caused by less nutrition in our
bodies. How to overcome it? First, We can do a healthy life such as eating
nutritious food like vegetables, fruits, nuts, and many more. Second, Exercise:
spare your time in 10 minutes for exercise to improve our spirit, energy, fix
bad mood and stress. We can do stretching, running, squat, push up, sit up, and
yoga. Third, don't be stress: if we get stress it will impact our health and
ruin anything when we feel stress just take a rest from our daily activity and
go somewhere to calm ourselves. Forth: drinking more mineral water will avoid
us from dehydration. Fifth, get enough sleep: sleep is a basic human need,
eating nutritional food and exercise will fall through if we don't get enough
sleep.
In
conclusion, if we want to relieve the laziness we need to care that three
solutions: motivate ourselves, avoid the pile up the assignment and healthy
life. Those three are interconnected, so we must pay attention to it to get the
best solution to get rid of laziness and when we can run all of that we will
have good productivity.
